When will we realize..

It is something we all know of,

we know it is rampant, deeply engraved,

but do absolutely nothing to eradicate it.

And we choose to remain privileged,

rather consciously bereave someone else of their privilege.

When will we realize that all humans are beautiful,

that, our beauty transcends, beyond all these Picayune labels,

and that, these labels of caste, class, blood and descent,

only rob us of our dignity and integrity.

When will we realize that all of us bleed red,

that all of us have the same pulse, 

and, killing people, in the name of blood,

only divulges, what great heights we've achieved,

in stooping to the lowest point, from which we can never retrieve.

When will we realize that we must do all we can, to obliterate this,

by standing against all that's bad, for the common good,

and it is time we outcast the tyrants preaching caste,

to ensure humanity remains steadfast.
